Application for admission into the college, should be made in the prescribed from (attached with the prospectus) issued by the college office on payment of Rs. 100/- only.
Admission will be made on the basis of merit and availability of seats. Principal’s decision regarding admission is final.
RESERVATION :
1. Provision for reservation as per Govt. rules is adhered to for students belonging to SC, ST, OBC and MOBC, handicapped categories etc.
2. A few seats may be allotted to students having outstanding talent in sports, culture and NCC.
N.B. (a) Rules for admission on transfer from other Universities. Under very special circumstances a TDC student in the 10+2+3 pattern of other universities studying in the first year class may be allowed admission with the same subjects in the college in the first year only on production of transfer certificate, proof of classes attended, migration certificate etc. not later than 4 months from the commencement of the academic session. The attendance at the lectures in his / her credit shall be carried over on admission and shall be computed for the purpose of examination. (b)A student may be permitted to switch over from Major to Core course in that subject and vice-versa with the permission of the Principal of the college concerned, but not later than one month from the commencement of the First Year classes. No change of subject shall be allowed after one month of the initial academic session to which a student is admitted. (c) A student who has not cleared the Part I Examination shall be permitted to proceed to the Third Year class ( Vide DU Memo No. DU/DR-A/8-1/08/973 dated 10.11.08 )
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF FORM : 1. Attested copies of the following :
i. Pass Certificate and the character certificate from the institution last attended.
ii. Age proof certificate.
iii. Mark Sheets of the last examinations passed
iv. Two copies of passport size photograph signed by the student ( one to be pasted on the specified space of the application form ). v. Migration Certificate or Transfer Certificate if necessary vi. Caste Certificate whenever necessary vii. Gap period certificate if necessar The selected candidates will have to produce all relevant documents in original at the time of admission.
2. TWO SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPES SHOULD BE PROVIDED ALONG WITH THE FORM
N.B.
1. All students who qualify for admission are supposed to be accompanied by their parent / guardian on the day of admission.
